About The Limena-Lim-Cudal-Kelley-Figuro-Abello family
My father, Col. Henry K. Limena (Ret.) is to be acknowledged for instilling in me, albeit indirectly, the fascination of tracing our roots. In the 80s he researched his side of the family from Sorsogon, Sorsogon.

On the other side of my family, the death of my great-grandmother, Marcela E. Abello-Cudal, in 1987, in Malaybalay, Bukidnon, sparked an interest of writing down the names of her ancestors and descendants.

The LIMENAs are from Sorsogon; the LIMs from Amoy, China; the CUDALs from Burgos, Pangasinan; the KELLEYs from Ireland and Lansing, Michigan, USA; the FIGUROs from Capiz; and the ABELLOs from Malaybalay, Bukidnon. The Limena- Kelley-Figuro names are from my father's side of the family and the Lim-Cudal-Abello are from my mother's side.

I also added my husband's side of the family, the MIANAs and the RICARTEs, of Malaybalay and San Fernando, Bukidnon, respectively.

Thanks go to a friend of mine who showed me to this site, I am able to put it online to share with the rest of the family and to friends who are interested. If there are any errors or any technical terms that need to be corrected, please do contact me.

I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this endeavor. Thank you also for my friends who lent me their ReciƱa Tilanduca Dumalahay Damasco Andalego genealogy book where I found names of some of my Abello relatives. May I also request those who have photos to send them in as well. I do hope you enjoy your visit.

Cheers!

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
